What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 8.30am-4.30pm.
Orders can be collected between 10.00am-4.00pm Monday-Friday only.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you are having the diary sent, your order may take up to 4 working days to reach you via StarTrack. Most orders are received within 1-3 working days. Where a PO Box address is given your order will ship via Australia Post Parcel Post Service.

How much do you charge for freight?
We have a $5.00 flat fee for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped at no charge. We offer an express shipping option for a flat fee of $9.95 via StarTrack. Express shipping will be delivered within 1-3 days.
