STANDARD SHIPPING
$5.00 flat rate on all orders under $150. Same day dispatch for orders received before 2pm using Australia Post or StarTrack Premium Service. (Based on most efficient delivery service available to delivery address).
Orders Dispatched by Australia Post
The following order types are typically dispatched via Australia Post (generally 2-6 business days).
- Orders under 500g weight
- Orders under $50
- Melbourne Metro
- PO Boxes
- Parcel Lockers
- Apartment Buildings
Orders dispatched via StarTrack Premium Service
Most orders under 5kg are dispatched via StarTrack Air Express delivered within 1-2 business days. Larger orders are dispatched via Road Express with delivery times varying depending on proximity to Melbourne.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
$9.95 flat rate on all orders. Same day dispatch for orders received before 2pm using Australia Post Express or StarTrack Express Premium Service.
We strongly recommend this option for standard Australia Post orders (see above) requiring delivery within 1-3 business days.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders above $150 are shipped free with standard shipping options as above.
GIFT WRAP ORDERS
Gift wrap orders may take an additional day to dispatch. Select express shipping if you need it dispatched urgently.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to locations outside Australia using Australia Post e-Parcel. Please call us for a quote.
